These action conditions apply to the promotional action "win back your stay" of Van der Valk Hotel Amersfoort- A1., located at Ruimtevaart 22, 3824 MX in Amersfoort. The promotion aims to increase the number of reviews on TripAdvisor for better visibility.

• You can enter the competition once per e-mail address. If it appears that someone has entered this competition more than once, Van der Valk Hotel Amersfoort may cancel any prize awarded to this person.
• Anyone who fills in their details and posts a review on Tripadvisor, and thus participates in this promotion, agrees to the promotion conditions.
• Participation is excluded for persons under 18 years of age. Van der Valk Hotel Amersfoort is entitled to cancel the prize if the participant is under 18 years of age.
• By placing your review on Tripadvisor for Van der Valk Hotel Amersfoort, registering for the newsletter and following the Van der Valk Hotel Amersfoort-A1 Facebook  and Instagram accounts, you will have the chance to win an overnight stay, including breakfast, for 2 persons in one of our comfort rooms, located in Van der Valk Hotel Amersfoort.
• By participating in this competition, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

There will be one (1) draw per month where the winner will be announced. The draw will take place in the first week of each new month. The winner may bring one person to stay with them in one of the comfort rooms at Van der Valk Hotel Amersfoort, including breakfast. The winner will be notified via the e-mail address provided.

The prize

This prize is an overnight stay for 2 people in a comfort room including breakfast at Van der Valk Hotel Amersfoort-A1.

The winner may choose the date they would like to stay overnight. However, the overnight stay is subject to availability and not valid on public holidays.

The overnight stay is exclusive:

• Lunch or dinner
• Drinks (except during the breakfast buffet)
• Travel expenses
• All other expenses of a personal nature

Additional conditions

Van der Valk Hotel Amersfoort-A1 reserves the right to make changes to the promotion for any reason.

This prize is not transferable to other persons or exchangeable for cash, even if winners already have an existing booking for Van der Valk Hotel Amersfoort or another destination with Van der Valk Hotels or a reseller of Van der Valk Hotels.

For this win, we collect personal data. This concerns your gender, name, the name of a possible guest and your e-mail address. We do this carefully and according to the AVG guidelines. We use your details to communicate about this win. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we will inform you of our offers, updates and fun (win) campaigns. We send this newsletter digitally. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each newsletter.

All personal data we collect for this promotion will be deleted as soon as possible after your stay at Van der Valk Hotel Amersfoort. Personal data that we save when a participant signs up for our newsletter will be saved until cancellation.

Participants who submit incorrect personal data will not be eligible to win prizes.

As a winner, you will cooperate with related publicity for promotional activities in connection with this win, if requested. Winners who cooperate will not be entitled to any compensation of any kind.
