Check-in

We request that you and/or your guest(s) present a valid ID at check-in. All hotel guests must be 18 years or older at check-in. Children under 18 must stay under parental supervision.

Guarantee

We are happy to keep your reservation guaranteed for you until 6:00 PM on the day of arrival. Do you expect to arrive later than 6:00 PM? Then we ask you to pay for the reservation in advance so that we can guarantee your room for you. Without prior payment, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the room will remain available after 6:00 PM.

Food & Drink

Our buffet restaurant has different functions throughout the week. Daily hotel guests can enjoy an extensive breakfast buffet. Additionally, the restaurant is available for lunch for large business groups upon request during the week.

On weekends, our buffet restaurant is entirely dedicated to our Live Cooking experience. On Friday and Saturday evenings, you can enjoy an extensive Live Cooking buffet , and on Sunday, you are warmly welcome to our atmospheric Live Cooking Brunch.

Prefer to lunch or dine à la carte? Then you are warmly welcome daily from 11:00 AM in Restaurant Rootz. Additionally, our hotel has three atmospheric bars. Enjoy surprising cocktails and delicious bites in Bar SIXX, relax in our cozy hotel bar, or start your day well with a fresh cup of coffee from our coffee bar.

Parking

As a hotel guest, you can park for free at the hotel. Charging stations are also available for your electric car. We kindly ask you to hand over the parking ticket at check-in at the reception. We can then process the ticket for you, so that you can easily depart based on your license plate when exiting.
