Join us on a culinary journey through Asia during our A Taste of Asia Weekend. For three days, our Live Cooking restaurant will be all about the diverse Asian cuisine, full of authentic flavors, aromas, and fresh ingredients.
Enjoy an extensive buffet featuring freshly prepared sushi, stir-fry dishes, dim sum, curries, grilled specialties, and delicious Asian desserts. Our chefs prepare many dishes live, so you not only taste but also experience the passion behind the dishes.

Bring the atmosphere of Munich to Amersfoort during our Oktoberfest Theme Weekend. For three days, our Live Cooking restaurant is all about German coziness, bountiful buffets, and festive autumn flavors.
Enjoy classic specialties such as bratwurst, schnitzels, pretzels, sauerkraut, and other typical German dishes, supplemented by the extensive Live Cooking buffet you're used to. Of course, the cozy Oktoberfest atmosphere is not missing, with matching music and festive decorations.

Get ready for a weekend full of spicy flavors, colorful dishes, and a cozy, festive atmosphere during our Tex-Mex Fiesta. For three days, our Live Cooking restaurant is all about the beloved Tex-Mex cuisine, where Mexican influences and American classics come together.
Enjoy an extensive buffet including tacos, burritos, nachos, fajitas, grilled specialties, fresh salsas, guacamole, and delicious desserts. Our chefs prepare various dishes live, just the way you like them.

You are warmly welcome at our Live Cooking during the Christmas days!
In our cozy and festively decorated hotel, young and old enjoy an evening full of fun, an extensive Live Cooking buffet, and unlimited enjoyment of the most delicious dishes. For the children, there is of course plenty of entertainment, including a bouncy castle.
Dining together, enjoying, and making unforgettable memories, that is Christmas at Van der Valk Amersfoort-A1.

At Live Cooking Dinner, drinks are included. The assortment consists of draft beer, house wines, soft drinks, coffee, and tea. For the dinner and the barbecue, we apply the following prices:
