Plan your photo shoot
The cost for a photoshoot in our hotel is €250. Upon arrival, you must report to the reception and pay this amount. After that, you may use our public spaces.
You have access to our public spaces for your photoshoot. These include our entrance, lobby, and on the third floor, the Business Center. If you would like to use our restaurants Rootz and Live Cooking, or our Skybar Sixx, please let us know in advance. This way, we can suitably advise you on the most appropriate time. Please note that these areas are open to other guests and that there may be other guests present during your photo session. It is not allowed to ask these guests to leave the space.
Skybar & meeting rooms
possibilities
Photographing in theSkybarofmeeting roomsis possible (at an additional cost) and if a colleague is available to assist you. This availability cannot be guaranteed in advance due to the busy nature of the hotel and the availability of meeting rooms for external parties.
If you want to be sure of an exclusive space, we offer our Skybar and meeting rooms for an additional cost of €150.
Chiccio & Rootz
possibilities
For photographing in Chiccio (it does not require translation as it is likely a name or unique term)or the Restaurantit is possible, but we kindly ask you to consider our guests and not to disturb their experience. If guests experience any inconvenience, we reserve the right to terminate the photoshoot or continue it elsewhere in the hotel.
You have access to our public areas for your photoshoot. These include our entrance, lobby, grand staircase, and the breakout space on the 1st floor. It is not allowed to ask these guests to leave the area.

Possibilities
You can acamerabooks for your photoshoot between 12:00 and 14:00 at a rate of €150. For afollowsthis amounts to €250. If you want to photograph for a longer period or at a different time, you must pay the regular overnight rate for the room. This room is then available from 3:00 PM on the day of the photoshoot until 11:00 AM the following day. Based on availability, the room can be booked for a late check-out until 5:00 PM for an additional charge of €50. No late checkouts are available for a suite.

Can I visit the location in advance?
Yes, of course! We would be happy to show you the spaces and discuss which places would best suit your photo shoot. Feel free to make an appointment with us.
Do I need to make a reservation in advance for a photoshoot?
Yes, a reservation is always necessary. This allows us to ensure availability, calmness, and the right conditions for the shoot in a timely manner.
Can I use facilities such as outlets or a separate space for styling?
Yes, there is power available in all rooms and we can, if desired, provide a separate space for makeup, styling, or changing clothes.
May I bring equipment, such as lamps or stands?
Sure. You may use your own equipment as long as it is done safely and does not cause any inconvenience to other guests or staff.
Is it possible to photograph outside?
Yes, in good weather you can also use the outdoor spaces around our location. The Amersfoort area—with its natural and urban elements—offers plenty of opportunities.
Can we use catering or hospitality during the shoot?
Yes, gladly! We are pleased to provide coffee, lunch, or snacks for the crew. This can be arranged in our restaurant or as a service on location.
