Cancellations must be submitted to us in writing and dated. Oral cancellations will not be processed, and no rights can be derived from them. The date we receive your written cancellation by letter, fax, or email will be considered the official cancellation date. When determining any costs, the total reservation value as stated in the most recent confirmation of your group booking, event, or conference will be used.
Cancellation conditions up to 25 persons
Up to 21 days before arrival, 50% of the agreed total volume can be canceled free of charge
