Cancellation policy Meetings & Events
Cancellations must be notified to us in writing and dated. Verbal cancellations will not be processed and no rights can be derived from them. The date on which we receive your written cancellation by letter, fax or e-mail will count as the official cancellation date. Any costs will be based on the total reservation value as stated in the most recent confirmation of your group booking, event or congress.
Cancellation Policy up to 25 persons
- Up to 21 days before arrival, 50% of the agreed total volume can be canceled free of charge.
- Up to 14 days before arrival, 25% of the agreed total volume can be canceled free of charge.
- Up to 7 days before arrival, 10% of the agreed total volume can be canceled free of charge.
- Up to 1 day before arrival, a maximum of 2 rooms or 2 participants can becanceled free of
charge.
Payment terms up to 25 persons
- 50% of the agreed total amount must be paid 21 days before arrival.
- 40% of the agreed total amount must be paid 14 days before arrival.
- The remaining 10% and any extras must be paid a maximum of 14 days after the end of the
meeting and/or stay.
Cancellation Policy up to 50 persons
- Up to 42 days before arrival, 50% of the agreed total volume can be canceled free of charge.
- Up to 28 days before arrival, 25% of the agreed total volume can be canceled free of charge.
- Up to 14 days before arrival, 10% of the agreed total volume can be canceled free of charge.
- Up to 1 day before arrival, a maximum of 3 rooms or 3 participants can be canceled free of
charge.
Payment terms up to 50 persons
- 50% of the agreed total amount must be paid 42 days before arrival..
- 40% of the agreed total amount must be paid 28 days before arrival.
- The remaining 10% and any extras must be paid a maximum of 14 days after the end of the
meeting and/or stay.
Cancellation Policy up to 150 persons
- Up to 90 days before arrival, 50% of the agreed total volume can be canceled free of charge.
- Up to 42 days before arrival, 25% of the agreed total volume can be canceled free of charge.
- Up to 14 days before arrival, 10% of the agreed total volume can be canceled free of charge.
- Up to 1 day before arrival, a maximum of 4 rooms or 4 participants can be canceled free of
charge.

- 40% of the agreed total amount must be paid 42 days before arrival.

meeting and/or stay.

- Up to 180 days before arrival, 50% of the agreed total volume can becanceled free of charge.
- Up to 60 days before arrival, 25% of the agreed total volume can be canceled free of charge.
- Up to 14 days before arrival, 10% of the agreed total volume can be canceled free of charge.
- Up to 1 day before arrival, a maximum of 4 rooms or 4 participants can becanceled free of
charge.
Payment terms from 150 persons
- 50% of the agreed total amount must be paid 180 days before arrival.
- 40% of the agreed total amount must be paid 60 days before arrival.
- The remaining 10% and any extras must be paid a maximum of 14 days after the end of the
meeting and/or stay.
